Having reviewed the above list, I would recommend that we add a "Shed Quartermaster". Someone to inventory and monitor our stock of prizes and equipment (Very Important).

Also from last night: 
Old clubs (Squirrels & Whitetails) will keep logos as history reminder, but will henceforth be BCDGA. Treasuries at old clubs to be closed out and pooled to new BCDGA account. This has been a exciting-fun year. I truly believe it has been a big success.  As ever, there are some things we will need to improve, but I am really impressed with what we have accomplished without burnout. 

Andrew will update a running address and phone # list of members, and start mailing list for tournament postcard announcements. 

Tinicum Course resolution: Further discussion is needed to finalize how we proceed with turnover to local PA Pro and draft letter for BC Park System 

Buddha Event this Saturday @ 10 am (tee off) at Tyler. 

End of Year Party (Is Marc's wife taking care of this?).

Moonlight Madness: October 24th 6:15 tee off at Tyler. Flyer to follow. $ 10 fee, $8 if in costume.1 round of 18:awards after at Sal's Las Vegas Pizza.
