05/03/05 B.C.D.G.A Monthly Meeting, held at The Clubhouse in Newtown PA Attendees: Steve A, Joe M, Kevin M, Rex H, John M, Jenny T, John B, Marc B, Kierstin B, Nikki B. Presided by President Rex Hay. Note: Jenny was in attendance at the April 5th meeting, she was accidentally excluded from the last minutes. Sorry about that. DGWN ad deadline is May 31, 2005. price of ad to be verified, we want a 1/2 page ad for the Yetter to run in the next issue. Need size and cost of 1/2 page sponsor ad in 2005 Pro Worlds Program. We have indicate to Deusler the desire to buy one. Rex has emailed John with the request for the information. We also need a submission deadline. No work has been done on the budget yet. We did discuss several of the purchase items we have coming up in the next few months: Ge Am Cup shirts and minis, new #27 pole hole, locks later in the year. Jenny to find out shirt pricing options. We are committed to the Pro Worlds, several people have already volunteered but others will be needed, if you are available any or all days to help out, let us know. Course work: Tree was cut up Tuesday on #22, it has fallen recently. The park will have the chipper repaired soon so we can finish chipping. Asking question for a plan for a 9-10 bridge. No next work date set yet. May 20th is shirt deadline for GE AM Cup Sponsors. GET SPONSORS ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ge am cup is 6/18/05. Register early for a players package.
