6th meeting of BCDGA held at The Club House Bar & Grille Newtown PA USA Attendees: Rex, Stephen, Andrew, John B, John Mc, Kevin M, Steve A Outgoing president Rex Hay Presiding: Work has begun on long alternate tees for 7 and 13. Shed build is going well, some small side pieces still needed, along with the final shingles. Joe Mela has a flooring he wants to put down, details unknown, but good for non skid and weather. Organizing of shelves and storage inside is next on the agenda for the shed. The park will supply us with stain and Jerry Jacobson has offered to apply the stain for us. Thanks Jerry. Rex also loves froo froo drinks, did we mention that? It will not be a PDGA event this year and the date has not yet been determined. Rex Hay is the new MADC president and Scott Murray is the new MADC vice president. Marc Brooks also stepped up and volunteered to assist Jeff Sweetman with the treasurer duties. John Duesler is the MADC secretary and Nick Kight will stay on as MADC webmaster. Kevin showed the next DGM episode where he captured a hole in one at French Creek, well done Kevin. 2006 tournaments online now, some with pre-registration already available. Upcoming items: Working on getting pricing for locks for the course to be able to lock caps onto unused pin placement sleeves. Need to schedule yearly club/league party. Waiting on report from the membership committee who are studying our membership structure to determine if it needs to be revised or not.
