State Park Closed 12-9-2008FROM THE PARK
DIRECTOR:
The Park will be closed on December 9, 2008. Due
to the number of white-tailed deer in Tyler State
Park and in an effort to reduce problems created by
this condition, a regulated deer hunt will be
conducted on December 9, 2008 for antlered and
antlerless deer. To ensure the safety of all park
visitors, ALL of Tyler State Park will be CLOSED on
this date to all activities. If you are a regular
user of Tyler, please excuse the temporary
inconvenience. These restrictive measures are being
taken for YOUR protection.

Cabinet Elections Results
Thanks to everyone who came out to the meeting
last night and participated in this years election.
Most persons held onto their existing positions,
here are the prominent changes:
John Birkrem will be Quartermaster, Todd Cottrell
and Rex Hay trade places as lead and assistant
Grounds Keepers, Stu Kaplan takes over lead as the
Fundraiser Coordinator, Erick Simonds steps up to
take over Tournament Data Coordinator duties, Alan
Sweeton will be our Master at Arms and Terry Ruth is
officially the Coffee Coordinator.
Congratulations everyone, 2009 is already shaping
up to be another spectacular year for the BCDGA!

Yes you see it correctly, a PDGA C tier tournament
December 20th at Tyler State Park. It is a
toys for tots charity event so bring your new
unwrapped toys. Here is the

tonight's meeting December 2nd. If you would
like to run for a position, or nominate someone else
